The company was preparing for exit in 6-9 months and had their 2nd CTO in under a year, a critical role, causing high attrition and foundational cultural breakdowns. The CEO and Board needed to understand exactly what was happening and how to proceed. ​

Leadership Advisory conducted a full business unit assessment and diagnostic. We identified egregiously poor treatment of the team and behaviors that damaged the business and were unethical and unlawful. We immediately moved to action with the CEO.​

The CEO, Board, and legal counsel removed the executive one week post-review. We assisted the CEO in resetting the business unit.​ The company successfully exited.
